Summerween Readathon 2022

I am so excited to participate in the Summerween Readathon 2022. So here are the prompts and the books I plan on reading for Summerween! It is hosted by Gabbyreads and Oliviareadsalatte on YouTube. It is taking place July 15th – 21st, 2022. Since I can’t wait for the spooky season, I thought it would be fun to participate in this readathon.

Prompts:

  1. Read a book in the dark (or at night)
  2. Read a book with Halloween colors on the cover
  3. Read a book with haunt in the title
  4. Read a slasher
  5. Bake or make a treat with your spooky read

I thought about it and I know myself to well, so I have decided to add some manga on this TBR list at least one per prompt…

I am also thinking about participating in Love in the Night. This readathon overlaps Summerween but they have recommended some really interesting books for their prompts. Love in the Night is hosted by: Shae Geeks Out, Happy For Now, Temecka’s Library, Laura’s Library Card, and Noveltea Corner. I have never participated in this readathon before which makes me want to participate in it even more BUT I don’t know what to read. Anywho, if you are interested then I would check out each hosts’s channel for more information.

Dates:

July 17 – 23, 2022

It may change to the 22.

Prompts/Scavenger Hunt:

  1. Fated Mate
  2. Alpha Male
  3. What are you?
  4. Eat her out
  5. Shift, Baby Shift!

I think if I do participate in this one, I will most likely just read the books that I have found interesting that they recommended and the group book which is How To Date Your Dragon.

Are you going to participate in Summerween or Love in the Night? What books and treats are on your TBR list?
