Namjooning Readathon 2023: Day 6

Namjoon’s Workout!

Sometimes Namjoon will post his workouts on instagram and today I felt inspired to get up and move.

10 Rounds:

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Push ups
  • 20 Air squats

So I did his workout this morning before work and the pull ups and the push ups killed me. I have no upper body strength. The squats and the burpees were my jam but I am going to be so sore. It was fun but I don’t think I can keep up with his workouts.
