The Rose is a South Korean indie-rock band that debuted on August 3, 2017, under the company J Star Entertainment with the single ‘Sorry.’
The band consists of four members: WooSung, Dojoon, Hajoon and Jaehyeong.

On February 28, 2020, the members reportedly filed a lawsuit against J Star Entertainment to terminate their exclusive contract. In May 2022, Woosung announced The Rose’s new self-made label Windfall.
Lightstick/Fandom Name:
Their lightstick was for their HEAL Together Tour on December 19, 2022.
The Rose calls their fans Black Rose. Just like the meaning of the Black rose, ‘eternal love.’
The Rose recently launched an app called Rosarium. You can get updates about the band and the members, and if you become a PremiumBlack Rose, you get exclusive content. The members go live, post videos, chat, and sell official merchandise and tour updates. Plus, early access to tickets and merchandise. The app launched on 07.18.2023.

Woosung released three albums: Wolf (2019), Genre (2021), and Moth (2022) while the members were serving their time in the military.
The members have a tradition and will watch the movie Sing Street on the first day of every month together. They are best friends who ended up in a band together. October will start their Dan to Dusk World Tour in San Francisco, and I had to purchase tickets to see them. This is my second time seeing them in person. I am so excited to get another opportunity to watch them perform live with the people I think of as my best friends.
