Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
I am obsessed with cheesecake stuffed strawberries. Not only are these things delicious, but they are super easy to make. So let’s get started.
Ingredients:
Strawberries-
- 1 pint of strawberries (hulled)
Cheesecake-
- 8 ounce cream cheese (room temp)
- 1/3 C powder sugar
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp heavy cream
Graham Cracker Crumbs-
- 1/3 C graham cracker crumbs
- 1 Tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp salted butter (melted)
Instructions:
Strawberries-
- Cut the green top of the strawberries
- Scoop out the middle, making sure not to cut to deep
Cheesecake-
- In a mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese, powder sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Beat until creamy
- Add cheesecake mixture to a pipping bag cutting a small hole. Fill each strawberry with cheesecake filling and swirl the filling around the top of the strawberry
Graham Cracker Crumbs-
- In a small bowl add graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter
- Dip the tops of the strawberries in the graham cracker mixture
Once done, you can put them in the fridge to get cold, or you can eat them as is. If I am making them for a party, I put them in the refrigerator, but if I am making them for myself, I eat them as soon as they are done. You can also decorate these with a drizzle of chocolate, but I think they are perfect the way they are.
