These are so delicious BUT I enjoy my cookies slightly under cooked so I take them out a little bit sooner. Now it is time to grab a great book and snuggle on the couch with my pup and read while I devour these Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies! I hope you enjoy them!

So I put the past behind me and jump out.
My deeply falling self is so beautiful right now.
I throw myself to the sky and am free.
At this moment I am alive, I’m still alive.”
